| What is Playtri Club? |

Playtri Club is a training program that focuses on coached workouts and educational clinics. All our coaches are USAT and Playtri Certified and will guide and direct your effort at Club workouts. We believe in quality training and know the key to it is knowledge and guidance. In addition to coached workouts, lecture series, and clinics, all Club members are eligible for the Playtri discount on all services and camps.

| Swim, Bike and Run Clinics / Workouts |

• Coached swim workouts/drills once per month.
• Indoor Swimming to focus on stroke and body balance technique
• Open Water Swimming to focus on drafting, confidence and sighting technique.
• SMU Dedman Center Pool for indoor swims; Joe Pool Lake at Lynn Creek Park Beach Area for Open Water Swims

| Run Workouts |

•Running clinics/workouts with focus on good form, efficiency and speed. Learn how to run faster with less effort
• Coached Track once a week, every Thursday 6pm @ SMU Track.

| Bike Workouts |

• Coached bike workouts throughout the Metroplex.
• All rides will be 1 – 1.5hrs.
• Clinics and workouts are focused on good climbing technique, legal drafting and good pedal stroke.
• Workout timing will be sent via email the week of the schedule workouts.
