RBM Stonebridge Ranch Group Training - Colleyville


What
A Triathlon Group Training Program targeting any athlete desiring to complete the following races at the RBM Stonebridge Triathlon : My First Tri, Sprint, and Olympic. The program accommodates all levels including the beginner signing up for the My First Tri all the way to the athlete with a season under his/her belt looking to win 1st place in age group or just to become a better and more competitive triathlete.

Q&A/Information Session

  • Wed., July 13th at  6pm at Luke’s Locker Colleyville ( 5505 Colleyville Blvd. Suite 120 , Colleyville , TX 76034)

When

  • Program Start Date to End date:  July 26 – Sept. 26, 2010
  • Weekly Training Sessions:
    • Swim – Saturday 8am
    • Bike – Saturday at 10am
    • Run – Wednesday at 7pm

 (This schedule is subject to change, depending on the week)

Where

  • Swim:
    • Pool swims -  Southlake Natatorium
    • Open water clinics – Lynn Creek Park at Joe Pool Lake (5700 Lake Ridge Pkwy) or Lake Grapevine (Sandy Point)
  • Run:
    • Colleyville Heritage High School – 5401 Heritage Ave, Colleyville, Texas 76034
  • Bike:
    • Lake Grapevine area (Meadowmere Park)

Eligibility - The minimum age to participate is 13. The right to accept or reject any entry is reserved.
Refund Policy
No refunds or transfers allowed.
USAT Membership
USAT membership will be required. Each participant will be required to submit current USAT annual membership verification.    
Benefiting Charity
A portion of the proceeds will be donated to Texas Bikes for Tykes.
