Nutrition Coaching and Analysis
A good nutrition program is the secret weapon in triathlon. Proper nutrition with Whole Foods is essential for performance and recovery. In addition, the proper foods consumed at the proper times in the proper amounts support you during training, racing or off-season giving you that extra edge!
Our programs can be tailored to fit your personal nutrition goal, whether you want to lose weight, improve performance, lower body fat percentage, or all three!
Cleanse package
When is the last time you did a cleanse the RIGHT way? Cleansing the correct way with professional guidance will not only help you lose a few pounds, but will also give your body a chance to detoxify and recover. This is for the athlete who had a hard season of training and racing, or the person who has simply not been on the right track with nutrition and needs a jump start. The ultimate source for recovery is nutrition. This package is created for anyone -- athlete or non-athlete, who needs to push the "restart button!"
Package Includes:
- 30 minute to One Hour - 1on1 Meeting/Consultation with a Playtri Nutritionist
- 10 Day Custom/Individualized "Cleanse" Meal Plan -- 10 days is what we recommend for the optimal cleanse, but if you feel you can only commit to 7, 5 or 3 days, that is better than nothing! Pricing remains the same regardless of the amount of days you choose to participate.
