- Complete Course Development including creating course maps
- Obtain City permits.
- Provide budget outline for race expenses. Race in charge of outline once finalized.
- Race on Playtri website – home page link, Races menu and individual race page.
- Include Race in monthly e-blasts to 11,000+ Playtri email list.
- Assist in race packet stuffing
- Direct packet pick ups
- Develop race logistics pages – including course layout, volunteer positions, timeline for all course coordinators, volunteers, etc.
- Provide race day coordinators. These coordinators will be in charge of placing volunteers, signs and aid stations race day.
- Provide the following for race day: 6 folding Tables, bike racks, bike rack fencing, flags, water jugs, water coolers, swim carpet if needed, bull horns, cash box, 2 pop up canopies, flags, 60 t-top large cones, Start & Finish Arches.
- Provide pre-race set up the day before the race and return of supplies post race.
