One-on-One Coaching Sessions
Many young athletes need face-to-face coaching to improve their technical skills. We provide one-on-one coaching sessions to address this need, when group practices do not allow for sufficient individual attention.
One-on-one sessions can cover everything from swimming, biking, and running, to functional strength training and transitions - whatever the athlete needs to work on, we can provide instruction to meet that need. Sessions can last anywhere from 1-5 hours depending on the athlete and coach availability.
One-on-one sessions are ALWAYS the most efficient way to produce improvement in any athlete.
Pricing for one-on-one sessions is as follows:

1 athlete/1 hour: $50 (Playtri athletes - $35)

2 athletes/1 hour: $80 (Playtri athletes - $60)

3 athletes/1 hour: $100 (Playtri athletes - $80)
If you live outside the Dallas area, and don't have time to drive in, a coach can come to you - however, be aware that it is an extra $50 for every hour of driving to reach the location of your choice. So, for example, if you live 1 hour away, it is an extra $100 for the round trip.
