HOW IT WORKS
When you arrive at your race, please come by the Playtri Bike Tent (Look for our Blue Flags), which will be located inside the Ironman Expo Athlete Village.
Please bring the ORANGE IRONMAN CLAIM TICKET WITH YOUR BIB NUMBER ON IT for the service to begin. We will not be able to serve you without receiving the ORANGE IRONMAN CLAIM TICKET.
Bring your pedals, bike shoes, and accessories. If you wish to use your own seat, you may bring that as well. Our technician will fit the bike to your measurements and make the needed adjustments.
Post race, we will either retrieve the bike from the transition area for you or you may be required to drop it off at our tent inside transition on race day. Please check with our technicians on details of the logistics of your specific race when you arrive for your rental bike pick up and fit.
Book your bike early as the supplies may be limited.
Please see the official IRONMAN Event Schedule for bike shop service/ expo dates and hours for your specific event. Services/Rentals do not take place in Dallas. They take place at your race location stated on the IRONMAN Website.

ALL bikes come with carbon frames, carbon race wheels, at least one water bottle cage (some tri bikes do not fit 2 bottle cages on the frame) and one complete flat repair kit w/ saddle bag.
No Refunds after reservation has been made. For any questions prior to booking, please reach out to ironman@playtri.com.

Bike Rental Level 1 - $699
Level 1 bikes will be Hyper Tri Bikes - Guaranteed Electronic Shifting
Examples of What our Hyper Tri Bike is:
Cervelo PX, Argon18 E119 Tri plus, Felt IA

Bike Rental Level 2 - $549
Level 2 bikes will be Standard Tri Bikes - Will be Mechanical Shifting
Examples of What our Standard Tri Bike is:
Cervelo P2/P3, Argon 18 E-117, Felt B Performance
These models are not guaranteed. They are just examples of quality.
Bike Rental Level 3 - $399
Level 3 bikes will be Road Bikes ONLY - Will be mechanical shifting

Argon18 Gallium, Felt FR, Pinarello Gan
