The ability to Pre-Book appointments for tech services close Sunday night of the Event week. Don’t worry though! you can still bring your bike to us for service. Once online services close, all service is now considered a walk-in. Please see our Service Writer at our Playtri tent for further assistance with your bike needs.

BIKE BUILD AND PACK PACKAGE -$349 Pre-Book (pre-book price)/ $449 Week of Expo (walk-in price)/ $500 Ultra Bikes (Cadex and others that take extra care to build/pack)
Please bring the ORANGE IRONMAN CLAIM TICKET WITH YOUR BIB NUMBER ON IT (It is best to just bring the entire orange sheet) for the service to begin. We will not be able to serve you without receiving the ORANGE IRONMAN CLAIM TICKET.
· UNPACK AND ASSEMBLY OF BIKE. DOES NOT INCLUDE TUNE UP.
· COLLECTION OF THE BIKE FROM TRANSITION WHILE YOU ARE ON THE RUN SEGMENT OF YOUR RACE
· DISASSEMBLY AND PACKING OF BIKE. DOES NOT INCLUDE TUNE UP.
· BIKE WILL BE DISASSEMBLED WHILE YOU ARE OUT ON THE RUN AND LEFT IN YOUR NUMBERED TRANSITION SPOT READY FOR YOU TO PICK UP POST RACE.
**IN RARE INSTANCES, YOU MAY HAVE TO PICK UP FROM THE IRONMAN BIKE TECH TENT INSIDE TRANSITION.

*We do not have ability to ship or receive bikes. Please bring your bike to the Playtri tent at the IRONMAN Expo for all services above.
*We strongly recommend overseeing TSA handling during bicycle inspections and purchasing insurance when shipping your bicycle to/from races.
*No refunds.
*For Build and Pack Packages ONLY - If there are any issues or concerns with the build and pack service, athletes have 7 Calendar days from the conclusion of the race day to file a claim with us. To file a claim, please include, any pictures and/or relevant documents pertaining to your bike and bike case that was serviced and send to ironman@playtri.com. You will receive a response within 24-72hours.
