Racing Experience

• Eight time Hawaii Ironman qualifier and finisher 
• Two time Ironman 70.3 World Championship qualifier and finisher
• Top ten finishes at 2009 and 2010 ITU Age Group World Championships 
• Top three age group finisher in numerous 70.3's including St. Croix, Buffalo Springs Lake, Honu and Eagleman. 
• 10+ years of countless age group and overall wins and podium finishes.
• Finished and had FUN in more than 300 races!
• Former Olympic swimmer for Egypt.
• Currently racing as an ITU/elite athlete.

Ahmed is a strong advocate of the benefits of healthy living and smart training as the key components to being an exceptional triathlete - components that he exercises in his everyday life as a full-time triathlon coach and ITU/elite athlete.  He has helped hundreds of triathletes of all ages and ability levels reach their goals in the sport, including qualifying for Ironman and Ironman 70.3 World Championships, ITU Age Group World Championships, and more!
