Course
Per USATF safety rules and insurance, no pets are allowed on the 5K course. (We love our furry kids too, but safety first.) Strollers are allowed to be safely integrated into the event.
The course officially closes at 9:30am for all participants.
This event is insured and sanctioned by USA Track & Field.
The minimum age to participate in the 5K is 6 and no minimum age for the 1 mile.
Pets are welcome in the 1M fun event.

Packet Pickup
Thursday (12/8) 8am - 6pm. Located at the office: 8830 N MacArthur Blvd, Irving, Texas 75063.
Friday (12/9) 9:30am - 6:30pm. Located at Saddlehorn Park: 9919 Saddlehorn Park, Irving, Texas, 75063.
Event day - Saturday (12/10) 2022 6:30-7:30am Late Packet Pickup will be available at the event site.
Picking up your race packet before the race day will help minimize long lines before the start of the event.
Late registration will be available on event morning at the packet pickup. Please note that no cash will be accepted. All new registrations must be completed on your mobile device via credit card.
Virtual Run
Virtual runners are welcome to pick up the items at the office ( 8830 N MacArthur Blvd, Irving, Texas 75063) the week after the race.

Weather
Average temperature on race day: low 40 - high 70.
For safety reasons, Playtri Racing reserves the right to modify or cancel a race due to severe weather conditions. When severe weather is present, all precautions will be made to ensure the safety of the athletes.
Chip Timing
This is a chip timed event. Each participant will be required to wear a timing chip in order to be counted in the results. Timing chips are assigned to participants according to bib number. We will be using disposable chips for this event that you will receive attached to your bib at packet pickup.
Please wear your bib VISIBLY on the FRONT for timing purposes.
There will be no awards ceremony. Finishing times will be available to 5K participants. 1M Fun Run will not be timed.
