Bring your friends and family out to Denton Water Works for some fun in the sun after crossing the finish line in the water park. Athletes will have full access to a private party in the water park, carnival games, and sand volleyball all day! If spectators, friends, family want to join their athlete for the private party, it will be $6 (doesn’t matter their age). Meal Deals can be purchased for $5 and include chips, a drink, and a choice of a mini pizza, hot dog, or hamburger.
** Spectators that do not wish to take part in the after party will be allowed in the water park and will be given a non-swim band.

Course Notes:
- The swim will be in the Water Works Lazy River.
- Aid station will be located approximately at .5 mile. The aid station is equipped with water.
- The course officially closes at 11am for all participants.

*After party passes will be available for pick at any packet pick up location if you register before May 12th. All who register after May 12th will have to pick up their passes either at Saturday’s packet pick up at the Natatorium or Sunday morning at the race site.

USAT
Every participant must show photo ID and proof either of USAT annual membership. If one of these is not provided at packet pickup, the participant will be required to purchase an annual membership to pick up his or her packet, regardless of whether or not he or she already has a membership. ($10 for youth).

Weather
Average temperature on race day: low 60 - high 80.
For safety reasons, Playtri Racing reserves the right to modify or cancel a race due to severe weather conditions. When severe weather is present, all precautions will be made to ensure the safety of the athletes.
Chip Timing
This is a chip timed event. Each participant will be required to wear a timing chip in order to be counted in the results. Timing chips are assigned to participants according to bib number. Please pick up your timing chip the morning of the race at the chip timing station beginning an hour before race start. ALL TIMING CHIPS SHOULD BE RETURNED AFTER YOU CROSS THE FINISH LINE. A $30.00 fee will be charged to the participant if the timing chip is not returned. Awards are based on chip times.
