Mark Kwiatkowski — Level 2 Playtri Coach

About Mark

Mark Kwiatkowski works primarily with people who are looking to get into the sport of triathlon and those who want to achieve a new goal. He understands the difficulties and challenges that can come from starting on new achievements as a newcomer to the sport himself in March of 2023. He is your loudest supporter while also offering practical advice when it comes to dealing with the physical and mental struggles that come with the sport of Triathlon.

Mark has worked as a GIS project manager since 2019, so he understands how to organize a wide variety of problems and issues in such a way that helps you execute your long-term goal to perfection. From learning how to structure your training to fit around your life, to overcoming pre-existing injuries and coming out the other end stronger. As someone who works in traditional corporate America, Mark understands the trials and tribulations that can come with balancing endurance training with a corporate job and can help you figure out the balance to excel in both facets of life.

Although Mark is a newcomer to triathlon, he was a recreational distance runner for 12 years, so he understands the kind of physical and mental fortitude endurance sports take. He loves to talk about the sport and dive deep into the science behind how the best achieve their goals, then alter that data to best fit the life of the everyday athlete. Whether you are new to the sport of triathlon, or a seasoned veteran looking to hit that next PR, Mark Kwiatkowski can work with you to reach heights you have never seen before.
