Youth Programs Registration + Billing
Please complete the following online form as part of your registration for the Team Playtri Youth & Junior Programs.
After the registration has been received an email will be sent out automatically including registration confirmation and payment methods. Registration will not be considered complete until payment has been made and we have a current, signed Playtri Waiver & Release of Liability.

ONLINE PAYMENT
Team Playtri only accepts payment online, via CC. No exceptions. Your coach will send you a payment link once your athlete is placed on a team.
REFUNDS & TRANSFERS
There are no refunds or transfers for coaching program fees.
WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY
All Playtri athletes must have a current, signed Playtri Waiver & Release of Liability on file. Please use the link below to complete waivers for your athlete or athletes.
