meet the coach: Jim Rowe
Coach Jim is the Playtri Coaching Education Lead and a USAT/UESCA Certified Triathlon Coach. Jim has experience coaching triathletes, paratriathletes, runners, and cyclists with a proven track record of helping his athletes reach their goals. He coaches athletes who are hunting for that first 70.3 or Ironman finish, PRs, and qualifying for World Championship events.

-Saturday 9am bike

-Mon, 11/24 @ 7pm (group program welcome/overview, training metrics, equipment)
-Mon, 12/22 @ 7pm (nutrition/hydration)
-Mon, 1/12 @ 7pm (swim skills, open water)
-Mon, 2/16 @ 7pm (mental strategies for race day, prepping for a cold race)
-Mon, 3/2 @ 7pm (final race prep: race week planning, packet pickup, equipment checks, etc)
